The Participant undertaking this challenge must jump two-footed from the side, to the centre and then to the other side of the hoop. They must complete this 20 times against the clock. 1 Athletics Jump is recorded each time they land.

Aim: To hit the tennis ball with the centre of the tennis racket, directing the ball to the floor and back up to the racket without losing control. The tennis ball must hit the floor 20 times.
AIM: The aim of this hockey drill is to dribble the ball in and out the cones in the figure of 8, 10 times as quickly as possible. The cones must be set out 2 meters apart.
AIM: The aim of this drill is to dribble the ball around the course as shown below as quickly as possible. The cones must be set out 3 meters apart.
